In general, it is possible to access our website without supplying any personal data. In the cases where personal information is collected it is used primarily to best provide the services you might request and secondly to improve how Duca del Cosma might serve you, by making appropriate use of the information (to associate with purchases).

When visiting our physical stores, you may be asked by our staff members to join our in store loyalty programme. By opting into our loyalty programme, personal information like names, email addresses, home addresses, telephone numbers, date of birth and orders/purchases information is collected. Your information will solely be used to send you sales, product and marketing information.

To the extent permissible under applicable law, we use your information to:

• Manage our relationship with you (e.g.: via customer services and support activities)
