Data Processing
Website
The Duca del Cosma website collects information when users make use of contact forms or sign up for our newsletter. This data is required to enable users to sign up for our services and to follow up on their questions. The data we collect may include: name, function or profile, and email address.

Services
Duca del Cosma processes personal data following the placement of an order or the creation of a new customer profile. In these cases, the following data is processed: name, address, email address, phone number, bank account number, and purchase history. This data is processed to execute the sale agreement with the customer. Duca del Cosma must be able to invoice and deliver ordered products, inform the client about their order, and settle claims or disputes where necessary. For legitimate business purposes, the client may receive email communications from Duca del Cosma, and can unsubscribe from these at any time.
Storage and Recipients
Duca del Cosma stores personal data for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as the data subject uses our services. If a customer account has not been used for a period of 2 years, the inactive account will be deleted. Once the purpose of data collection has ended, Duca del Cosma will assess whether we are legally required to continue storing the data, or whether it is needed to settle a claim or dispute. As required by law, Duca del Cosma stores financial administration data, such as that related to product orders, for a period of 7 years.
Third Parties
Duca del Cosma works with certain third parties. These third parties are contractually bound to Duca del Cosma and, where required, Duca del Cosma holds Data Processing Agreements with these parties. Duca del Cosma ensures that third parties comply with GDPR standards, and enters into binding agreements to enforce clear requirements. Duca del Cosma may transfer personal data to third parties if a user has given explicit consent, or if required to do so for a claim or dispute resolution, compliance with legal obligations, or to address misuse of our website, property, or services. All data collected by Duca del Cosma is stored within the EEA.

Data subjects have the right to information regarding data collection, as well as the right to access the personal data collected about them. Data subjects also have the right to restrict the processing of their personal data, and may request that their data be completely removed. Questions and requests regarding privacy can be sent to info@ducadelcosma.com. Duca del Cosma will respond to such requests within the legal timeframe of one month. Duca del Cosma will assess each request for data removal or restriction of processing individually. Legitimate legal grounds on which Duca del Cosma is permitted to process personal data may, in some cases, limit the fulfillment of a data subject's request. Data subjects also have the right to file complaints with the Data Protection Authority.
