Our history and heritage
Founded in 2004 by the passionate golfers Baldovino Mattiazzo and Antje Elle. Baldovino, a top graduate from Sarteco Fashion School in Florence, and Antje, a graduate of the Munich School for Fashion Graphic Design. They saw a need for more style in the golf world and created the brand Duca del Cosma, which means "Duke of Cosma." "Cosma" is a traditional name in Baldovino’s Venetian family. Thus, Duca del Cosma, was born.
In another part of the world, over 50 years ago, Frank's friends in his squash club seemed to be always complaining about their squash shoes. So, he set out on a journey to make great shoes for each sport. The squash shoe developed by Frank's HI-TEC brand in 1974 still makes it into today's sports collections and has, in the meantime, sold no less than 23 million pairs worldwide. Now, focused more on the golf world, Frank is still very committed to our customer. In every shoebox distributed worldwide you will find a note from the chairman's personal e-mail address.
