WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. A second confirmation email will be sent to notify you that your product(s) have been shipped and your card will be debited for the order total.

Any products that have not been specified in the confirmation email do not form part of the order. Dispatched orders can no longer be cancelled. However, you can return an order within 30 days of purchase. Please review our returns policy for details on returning products. Duca del Cosma reserves the right to refuse any order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

The Netherlands: 1 – 3 working days
Europe: 2 – 7 working days
Outside of Europe: 1 – 3 weeks (varies depending on location)

Our products ship worldwide.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS?

Our couriers do not operate on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed over these periods, will be dispatched the next working day.
