Not completely happy with your order? No problem.
At Duca del Cosma, we want you to love your purchase. If not, you can easily
return your item within 30 days of receipt or exchange it for another size or
style.

* Exchanges are free of charge within Europe.
* Returns are possible worldwide
(shipping costs may apply).

Important to know:

*Your order number always begins with DC.

*Returns must be registered within 30 days of receiving your order.

*Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

*Any free gifts must be returned along with your order.

*For returns or exchanges outside the EU, all shipping costs are your responsibility.

*A different policy applies to products that are damaged, worn, or used.

 How it works:

1 Register your return through our Returns Portal

2 Choose whether you’d like a return (refund) or an exchange (different size or model).

-Exchanges: Free of charge (within Europe).

-Returns: Shipping costs may apply; refunds will exclude the original shipping fee.

3 Always include your packing slip in the package.

We will process the exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt.

Warranty conditions

We recommend treating your product with proper care to maximise its lifespan. We only cover product defects that are demonstrably caused by normal use. The warranty does not apply to self-inflicted damage caused by improper handling.

Is your product damaged and do you want to submit a warranty claim? Please contact our customer service info@ducadelcosma.com or call 085-2500010. To be able to find a solution quickly, we ask you to provide as much information as possible, including your order number and photos of the defect. After inspection, we will repair or replace the product accordingly. The product will then be sent back to you by default. The shipping costs for returning and resending your product will be reimbursed by us.
