Exchanges & Returns (How can I return my order?)
We hope you are satisfied with everything you have purchased from Duca. If this is not the case, you can return your purchase up to 30 days after receiving it via our returns portal or exchange your product for another product or size for free. Please note the following:
- Your return must be registered within 30 days of receipt.
- Your return must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.
- Any free products must be returned along with your order.
- You are returning from a European country otherwise download and print this file
- A modified return policy applies to damaged or worn products.*
Do you want to return something? Then you can register a return in our return portal via the button below. Would you like to exchange a product? Then first register your return in our return portal and select exchange for a different size. No additional costs will be charged for this. Always include the packing slip!

How do I return my order?
- Click on 'start a return' and enter your e-mail address and order number start with D.
2.Indicate which products you want to return and why. Continue to the next step
Choose a carrier of your choice and confirm your return.
4.You will immediately create a return label. We will also automatically send you the label by e-mail.
5.Carefully pack your return shipment with minimal room for movement for the shipped products.
6.Add the packing slip
7.Hand your package over to the carrier and have the barcode scanned.
We will process the exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt.
We recommend treating your product with proper care to maximise its lifespan. We only cover product defects that are demonstrably caused by normal use. The warranty does not apply to self-inflicted damage caused by improper handling.
Is your product damaged and do you want to submit a warranty claim? Please contact our customer service email@example.com or call 085-2500010. To be able to find a solution quickly, we ask you to provide as much information as possible, including your order number and photos of the defect. After inspection, we will repair or replace the product accordingly. The product will then be sent back to you by default. The shipping costs for returning and resending your product will be reimbursed by us.
