What Happens After I Place an Order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. A second confirmation email will be sent once your product has shipped, and your card will be charged for the order total.
Orders placed are subject to stock availability. Details on the order confirmation email cannot be changed, including product, quantity, or delivery address, once checkout is complete. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Any products not specified in the confirmation email do not form part of the order. Dispatched orders can no longer be cancelled, though you may return an order within 30 days of purchase. Please review our Returns and Exchanges policy for details. Duca del Cosma reserves the right to refuse any order.
