WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint regarding a product or service purchased from Duca del Cosma please then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention within your email a short description and pictures of the discrepancy, your order number and customer number. We will try to reply to your complaint as soon as possible.
Please note: Complaints on items purchased on Amazon or eBay can only be processed by the respective stores. The same policy applies to items bought in physical stores. We can only service purchases from our online web store.
The warranty time is according to Consumer law is 12 months. If there are any complaints about the product outside of this warranty period of 12 months then it is possible that there is a factory warranty. This is only applied in some specific cases. The warranty and warranty period are based on the guide lines of the Dutch Rijksoverheid.nl and European Consumer Centre. The warranty period will start from the moment the product is bought and proof of purchase will be required to validate the warranty.
Complaints that don’t fall within the warranty are: wear and tear of outsoles, uppers, heels and toes, rubbing off of colours/prints/material etc., wear to the insoles/lining due to excessive transpiration, broken zippers and other means of closures, and any other complaints caused by incorrect usage of the product. Duca del Cosma will not be responsible for any dissuade and will not be liable to refund any of the above-mentioned cases. If for some reason you cannot come to an agreement with us about your complaint, then you can always put your case forward to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag (www.sgc.nl).
LIMITED WATERPROOF WARRANTY
Duca del Cosma warrants that certain golf shoes will be waterproof (up to 4 cm above tread) in normal use for one year from the date of original purchase, provided that the shoes have suffered no cuts, abrasions, or other damage and have not been subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse or other mistreatment.
Duca del Cosma E-GIFT CARDS
Purchase and/or use of a Duca del Cosma e-gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions applicable to the E-Gift card. E-Gift cards maybe used for purchases on www.ducadelcosma.com. E-Gift cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to purchase another e-gift card. E-Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Protect your E-Gift card like cash because we are not responsible for use of your E-Gift card without your permission. If damaged, lost or stolen, an E-Gift card can only be replaced with the original proof of purchase for the remaining balance in our records at the time the E-Gift card is reported. Resale of the E-Gift card is strictly prohibited and the E-Gift card funds are not transferable. An E-Gift card has no expiration date. We will not honour an E-Gift card obtained by fraud. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY GIFT CARD PURCHASE?
If you ordered an E-gift card, the recipient should receive the card via email within 10 minutes of purchase.
HOW ARE GIFT CARDS DELIVERED AND WHAT DOES THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE?
E-gift cards are emailed to the recipient within 10 minutes of your purchase. The email sent to the recipient includes a link to receive the e-gift card online. When the recipient opens the link, they will see the gift card number, QR code, and amount.
CAN I CANCEL MY GIFT CARD PURCHASE?
We’re sorry, but once a gift card is purchased, we are not able to cancel the order. Don’t worry, we have lots of exceptional golf products to purchase with your card.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD?
E-Gift cards may be redeemed on www.ducadelcosma.com. Duca del Cosma E-Gift Cards are only accepted online and not in stores.
ARE THERE LIMITS TO HOW I MAY REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. A maximum of 5 E-Gift Cards may be applied to a single order.
ARE THERE LIMITS TO HOW MUCH I CAN ADD TO A GIFT CARD?
Yes, each gift card is limited to a €250 value.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
It is very easy to use your gift card as a payment. Simply add items to your shopping cart on www.ducadelcosma.com and proceed through the checkout process. The gift card and gift card code# can be entered on the billing screen just right of the credit card payment section.
HOW CAN I REPORT MY GIFT CARD AS STOLEN?
To report your gift card as stolen, please contact Customer Care at +31 (0) 85 076 1601 or email@example.com You will need to provide evidence of purchase in order to receive a replacement gift card for the remaining value on the Card.
DOES MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
No, the gift card balance never expires.
CAN I ADD MORE FUNDS TO MY GIFT CARD?
No, you will not be able to add more funds to an existing gift card. Once you have used up the card balance, it will not be usable again. You can always come back to www.ducadelcosma.com to purchase another gift card.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD AND THEN RETURN THE ITEM I PURCHASED?
No problem. If you return an item that was paid for with a gift card, we will issue you a new gift card within 7 days of when we receive your return.
