iDealThe following banks are available to this option: ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, RegioBank, SNS Bank
CreditcardYou can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card information will always be handled with the utmost protection with the SSL-method. During the payment we will ask for the CVC code, this is the 3 numbers mentioned on the back of the credit card. If you do a payment online, you are regularly asked to fill in an e-Code or password. These authentication methods are there to make sure you are the one using the Card. The e-Code is generated with the ICS App.
Sepa Credit TransferAlso known as a bank transfer. Customers in Europe can transfer money via bank transfer between European bank accounts. After placing your order, you will receive an email with our bank details, IBAN number and payment reference. After the payment has been processed by us you will receive your order confirmation.
Duca del Cosma VouchersYou can also pay with one of our Duca del Cosma vouchers or promotion codes. Simply fill in the codes at the checkout and the amount will be deducted of the overall amount in your shopping bag.
Order acceptance and contract
We send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. Once you have received your confirmation email, we can't change the details of the order (product, quantities or delivery address). Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process.
The contract for the sale of the products will be formed when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not been confirmed in the confirmation email do not form part of that contract. At the point of dispatch, your card will be debited for the items that have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we can no longer cancel it but you can return it within 14 days of purchase. Please have a look at our returns policy for details of how to return products to us. Duca del Cosma reserves the right to refuse any order.
We will always do our best to have your order with you on the specified date/time. Within The Netherlands, this can range between 1 to 3 working days. Within Europe this is 2 to 7 working days, and outside of Europe this will be considerably longer 1 to 3 weeks. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise that are out with the control of Duca del Cosma, the courier, or both which may cause a delay. Although we will do everything to prevent this from happening, it may not always be possible. With this in mind, any delivery timescales should be taken as a guideline and not a guarantee of a delivery date. We will contact you as soon as we are made aware of any delay to your order.
Duca del Cosma will charge a standard shipping cost per purchase on orders less than €100,-. The shipping costs may vary per country depending on the orders location. Orders above €100,- will be shipped free of charge.
Duca del Cosma is shipping worldwide.
Please be aware! If you place an order from outside the EU (Europa) you may incur additional costs such as import duties and customs costs. These are for own account and vary by country.
Returns policyDuca del Cosma has a 14-day return policy, this means that after the date of delivery the customer has 14 days to choose to return the unworn item. Returned items purchased online can be send to the address below. Don't forget to send your invoice along. Sending costs for returns are not refunded by Duca del Cosma. You can return any item for a refund within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with it. Returned products must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us and accompanied by the invoice. We will assume your order is cancelled and we will refund the full amount to you. If you would rather have replacement product(s), you will have to place a new order at ducadelcosma.com; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Duca del Cosma.
We advise you to send your shoes back via a recorded post service and get a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any products lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your product(s) are mislaid in the post. Sending costs for returns are not refunded by Duca del Cosma.
Please don't forget to complete your returns form and details of the refund. Once your product is accepted back into our stock you will be issued with a refund. We can only refund to the payment method originally used to pay for the order. Please tell us why you are returning your item(s) to help us to improve our service and products in the future. We endeavor to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 10 working days to be credited in your account.
Please be aware that any items purchased on the Duca del Cosma web store can only be returned to the address below. It is not possible to return a purchase from the web store in a physical store.

Damaged or defective productsIf you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the product free of charge or refund you the price of the product as required. Simply return the product to us with a proof of purchase.
Warranty and complaints
In the event that you have a complaint regarding a product or service purchased from Duca del Cosma please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention in your email a short description, pictures of the discrepancy, your order number and customer number. We will try to reply to your complaint as soon as possible.

Warranty timeThe warranty time is by the Consumer law is 6 months. If there are any complaints about the product outside of this warranty period of 6 months than it is possible that there is a factory warranty. This is only applied in some specific cases. The warranty and warranty period are based on the guide lines of the Dutch Rijksoverheid.nl and consuwijzer.nl. The warranty period will start from the moment the product is bought.
Complaints that don’t fall within the warranty are: wear and tear of outsoles, uppers, heels and toes, rubbing off of colors/prints/material etc., wear to the insoles/lining due to excessive transpiration, broken zippers and other means of closures, and any other complaints caused by incorrect usage of the product. Duca del Cosma will not be responsible for any dissuade and will not be liable to refund any of the above-mentioned cases. If for some reason you cannot come to an agreement with us about your complaint. Then you can always put your case forward to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag (www.sgc.nl).
